Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by All Peril (“we,” “us,” “our”), including submitting claims, uploading documentation, or engaging with our website at allperil.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Overview
All Peril provides coordination, documentation, and administrative support for storm-related repair projects. We assist homeowners, contractors, and insurance carriers by helping streamline repair workflows—without interpreting insurance policies or negotiating claim settlements.
Our services may include:
Repair project coordination
Contractor and carrier communication
Digital document management
Estimate drafting and supplemental support
Emergency mitigation coordination
Photo and scope documentation
We do not act as public adjusters and do not offer legal or policy-based advice.

2. User Responsibilities
When using our platform, submitting a claim, or communicating through our site or forms, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Use our services only for lawful, authorized purposes
Refrain from submitting fraudulent or misleading content
Cooperate with our team in good faith during the repair process
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or submit.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on the All Peril website, including text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of All Peril or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without written permission.

4. Third-Party Services
We work with third-party vendors to help deliver our services, including:
Stripe – for secure payment processing
Webflow – for site hosting and form submissions
CRM & Storage Tools – for file coordination and project tracking
Contractor Partners – for field-based repair or mitigation services
We do not control the content or policies of these providers and are not responsible for any damages arising from their use.

5. Payments & Transactions
Some services, such as deductible collections, may involve payment. All transactions are processed securely through third-party providers like Stripe. All Peril does not store or directly handle your payment data.You are responsible for reviewing any charges before submission. All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
All Peril provides services “as-is” and makes no warranties regarding service availability, completeness, or error-free operation. We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by third parties
Misuse of submitted data
Repair outcomes beyond our coordination role
Errors or omissions in documents submitted by users
To the maximum extent allowed by law, All Peril will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Peril, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.

8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any All Peril services at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or misused our systems.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Davis County, Utah.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
